Interactive and small group instruction includes, the importance of a well-balanced diet, the benefits of exercise, the necessity of adequate sleep, why and how dietary supplements work, the contribution of wellness thoughts to being healthy, the payoffs of being honest, how to strive through hardship, the advantages of goal setting, the personal experience of loving God, the significance of loving others, the imperative of loving yourself. I am experienced in leading hikes, stretching, and low-impact exercise classes. Also, self-defense and martial arts as I am a 2nd degree black belt in Taekwondo.
